ALSO I HAD SUM TRANSMISSION WORK DONE BUT NOW HEN MY TRUCK IS IN PARK IT ISNT ENGAGED ALL THE WAY AND IT WILL ROLL.. WOULD THIS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS PROBLEM? I WAS THINKIN THAT IT MIGHT NOT DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD THIS PROBLEM HAPPEN BEFORE THE TRANSMISSION WORK WAS DONE.

no you probably have to change the lift gate struts/supports that are on the liftgate itself. very easy to do and they sell them at the autoparts store i would say for around 30-60 bucks

Check the starter Solenoid. This is a common problem and can be fixed pretty cheap.

You have a serious short. The fuse is keeping you from frying the electrical system. Did you make any changes to the vehicle recently? Is it all stock electrical? That is not something many domestic auto manufacturers offer. that is mainly a foreign concept. you will need to drop the fuel tank which is a big undertaking for someone without the proper tools and equipment. I have heard of a local shop burning down in NYC because of complications during a fuel pump change.
