NETWORK SETTINGS DISABLED (NOT SEEN ON SCREEN)
Enter in the Administrator settings and then settings network.
the network settings were disappeared on the machine screen. If i can see those settings (tcp/ip) I can have a chance to reinstall them.
when I enter in admin settings that particular "network settings" option (option number 5) is not at all displaying on the screen
Enter in the user mode and select Printer then selectConfiguration page and set the IP adress used the configuration page and tell me detailed what you working.Before to connect the laptop the printer ins working? What setting you changed?
Network printing is working before and at sometimes it is showing ip conflict. So I tried to change ip settings in the laptop as well as in the machine. When I changed the settings in the laptop to "use automatic ip settings" instead of "use the following ip address", the network settings that were shown on the machine were totally disappeared. I could not be able to see them at all. I think that those settings were gone to "auto" mode and disappeared. I tried as per you suggestion but not seen the configuration page on the machine. Please help me out. I am at present using the machine with usb. But unable to use the features like scanning.
Enter in User mode - Printer settings - Configuration page - press Start and wait to print the page.The IP adress in copier and in laptop must be identical. Ex: 192.168.19.1,Subnet mask 255.255.255.55,Default gateway 192.168.19.10. Or try make a copy to printer driver and configure the new port.

you can get in service mode by pressing: utility counter -> job details ( on lcd) -> stop -> 0 -> 0 -> stop -> 0 -> 1 .
Select "imaging process adjustment", then "graduation adjustment.
The copier prints a coloured sheet, you have to place it to the glass and the machine will read it.
Repeat sequenze 4/5 times. You have to make it in all three section " graduation mode" "resolution mode" and " i'm not remeber".
You can find clear information about graduation adjustment in a installation manual procedure.

Check your bypass tray, the tray is on the right side of the machine, the tray flips out for legal and 11x17 paper sizes. Check that there is nothing jamed inside, code says that the tray can't lift. so check for anything jamed inside down there. As to reset the code open then close the front door where you put the toner. Turning the machine on and off will not reset the code. but open and closing the front door will clear about 80% of the service codes.

Network settings are accessed through the Administrator menu. Press Utility/Counter, then choice #3 should be Administator Settings. Enter your admin password and Network Settings should be choice #5.
Also, if the bizhub is already on the network, you can enter the IP address into your web browser and log in as an administrator to get to the network settings.
