The Ice Maker on our Kitchen Aid Superba Model KSCS251 stopped working. Water is still being dispensed, the ice maker control is turned the on position, I have unplugged the refrigerator and plugged it back in. Freezer temp has been reset to 0 and then it goes back up to 11 degrees. Nothing seems to obstructed in the ice maker. Nothing is frozen over. Thanks, Danny Bob
I would suggest not buying a KitchenAid. I have the same problem with my ice maker. Have had nothing but problems with every KitchenAid product that I have ever owned. I will never purchase another KitchenAid product.
All of there appliances are second rate. That is "The KitchenAid Difference"

Its the problem of water inlet valve. It's a
dual valve. This valve has two tubes in it. One for water dispenser and one
for ice maker chamber. The one side of valve is working, but other side of the
valve is not working. The valve is got stuck in one position

My ice maker stopped making ice, after three years of having the ice maker work. The red light for the ice maker is on. Water works fine. A repair guy came out and replaced the whole ice maker unit, still no ice is being made. Not sure what the problem is. Hmmm.....

Ice maker is not working, but water is coming out fine. I will try to take everything off the top shelf and blast with a hair dryer. It is an expensive refrig and I am not pleased. I would welcome any other ideas.
