Hi thanks for your help. We ended up calling in someone to look at it and the agiator had broken and the tub dropped. Due to the tub dropping, it wore a hole in the plastic case that surrounds the tub! So, it's toast!! Not worth fixing apparantly. Thank you for your help!Hi thanks for your help. Stop the washer and clean up the water. Confirm that the water is not leaking when the washer is off. The leak can occur before the electric valves either where the hose connects or from the electric solenoid valves just inside the washer. The situation is more likely true if the hoses are stressed by being bent to one side.
If dry then confirm if it is the hot or cold by running the machine with the cold service valve open and hot closed.
Yours is a 2 speed motor. Does it spin in 2 different speeds. If so, then it most likely is designed with only to agitate in 1 speed. If it only spins in one speed, then your motor is defective
It could be a dry rot hose or the pump could be leaking might be an easy fix it depends whether you want to repair it or spend allot of money on a new dryer are u pretty handy i could assist you on how to fix it .
If you bought a new washer and you still have a leak, i guess it was not the washer but where it drains into. Sink or stand pipe has a leak. unless you are useing the old drain hose from your old washer. Dry up everything and look for the sorse of water with a bright light when the washer drains .
