Please check the connections on the back and hope that you find a loose video connector. If that doesn't fix it then continue onto the source to see if that might have a loose connector.

The next thing to check would be the other inputs using the TV/Video button to see if the video on all of the inputs is dead. That would be what might be called "bad news".

This unit is new enough for it to still be under warranty. Please call for warranty service.

it sounds like your back light might be going out. You might be able to fix this by installing a new backlight inverter board.

just re solder the tuner board and the panel board if the screen is totally went black re solder the inverter board replace the back light if worn. if its not work just ask me. i hope it will help you good luck.

Sounds like you have a backlight problem. I would suggest turning on the set, dimming the lights in the room. Take a bright flashlight and shine it on the screen, do you see a faint picture?

hi..It's probably a loose cable. The first one to check is the
green connection but make sure they're all tight. RCA cables
tend to pop out part way which is enough to stop the signal.
If the green signal is lost, you get no picture. If the red or blue
are lost, you get a picture with bad coloring.

If you still have the problem check this
LOOK in the back of the TV when you have it turned on. Look in the slots near the top for a white glow coming out of it.

IF you see it, you need your signal board replaced...

IF NOT, then you need your power supply board replaced...
