Take the botton cover off. then hand move the belt while pushing the one key down. when it pops up hold it. From the bottom you will see the flat link, it has a clevis, or a split in it, you need ot attach it to the
key lever you moved up. .

The drive belts are no longer made. However I have found that really good hardware stores, don't even think about a big box store, sell long "O" rings that will work well.
This is an old mechanical typewriter, rather than electronic. Thus, the sticky keys are gummed up and quite possibly the rails are gummy as well. Look in your phone book under typewriters. My company to this day has a full-time typewriter repair person, and there should be many such companies out there. Should cost about $75 to repair.
