I was install team program into hTC touch HD device and I tried to restart by pressing the power button. It did turn on; I can see the start menu but nothing on the screen. Screen is totally black. Also it doesn’t respond to anything. I pressed all buttons including home and phone button but doesn’t work. Then I opened the battery and pressed the red “restart” button. Again it turned on but nothing on the home screen. Its completely frozen. Nothing comes up on the screen. Doesnt connect through Active Sync but able to see the memory card content on removal disc. I am thinking to reinstall the software (re-imaging) on the phone. Please help.

If you have all your items saved to your computer with Active Sync, then do a master reset:

It has the latest and great updates, software, even known issues if you ever come across this. HTC does recommend that you do a master/hard reset once a quarter to keep it moving smoothly. Also, ensure you don't have a lot of open running programs. Perhaps once a day, clean the cashe and history. Do a soft reset (aka battery pull) once or twice a week. All depends on how hard you play with this lovely PDA device!
