Check its inter connection cables from T'Con to panel for any loose contact. Visit this link. It has details about these type of faults to many brand LCD TVs.

SOURCE: 42 inch samsung plasma tv black vertical lines

Hi, Depeending on the thickness of the lines matters. If the lines are Black and about 1-2 inches thick it may be a bad bottom buffer board or a bad panel (screen).
If the lines are thin 1/16 to 1/8 inch it is most likely a bad panel.
You can open up the set and depending on the model, see the thin board/boards running across the bottom with ribbon cables going to the panel. You may be able to attempt reseating the ribbon cables, but be careful as some retainer plugs break very easy.
If the lines are thick black and the reseating doesn't correct it you may be able to buy the coresponding buffer. Unfortunately some bottom buffers are actually part of the panel. If you are not comfortable taking it apart then call a professional but be aware labor charges start around $200 not counting parts, panels start at $600 up to over $1000
hope this helps
Thanks
Eric

SOURCE: Colored "snow" vertical line an inch thick on Samsung plasma

That is the sustain and buffer boards. Try to find a repair shop to repair on the component/board level because the cost of new boards out weighs the replacement cost.

My Samsung LN55C630 TV has colored vertical lines . I took the back off and if I press on the computer bord they go away how can I tighten the computer board in that area

Its not a case of "tightening the computer board" what you have are some cold solder joints on the board, when you move the board they make contact and it works. Ive had mixed luck putting the board in the oven for 10 mins at 385 degrees....There are a few vids on youtube that describe how to do it. Here is one of them https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vz_AGCXrTy8 ...Ive did this maybe 5 times and I believe 3 of the times it worked. If that doesn't work your going to need to replace the board.

How to fix Multi color Vertical Lines on a Vizio E470i-AO TV

Does the menu function display the same lines? What kind of cables are using ? (HDMI, Component vid, S-video, co-ax)
Were you as tenacious checking all cables/connections as you were the electronics? Lets rule out this all too often over-looked possibility.
Do you still get the lines with nothing connected to the TV? (no source connected)
