Only Zebra printers use and print ZPL. ZPL =Zebra Programming Language. Other printers cannot intrepret ZPL.

the problem can be on the software that bild the label format, not on the printer.

you be abel to print the logo in ASCII code, and send some ZPL commands to the printer, like a file.

You will need to send the data using ZPL or the printer won't recognize it , if you don't have experience in this area print through the Zebra Print Driver should work. In your application use Barcode 128 as the font and see how it goes

Do you know if you are using a label software program to design the label or just ZPL (which is Zebra Programming Language) code direct to the printer? If it is software, then you can open that label design software file and remove the barcode. If it is ZPL, then you need to remove it from the code. are they the same barcode type?
what is the font set at? using Arial or other fonts can make the software send a more complicated image. use the Zebra Triuverate font. this keeps it simple. also, do a print out of the settings on each printer and compare them line by line. change the settings to match the printer that is printing correctly.
