We have a30yr old electroux that has been loosing vaccum. i took it apart and found a black foam rubber althrough the cannister and on top. i guessu i8ng that foam has something to do with the vaccum.

The foam may be a sound suppressor. Your vacuum may need a new hose. Old hoses have a liner on the inside that can collapse. Try removing the hose and see if you have good suction on the vacuum without the hose on. If you do it. Means the hose is bad or clogged

[email protected] have a jvc rx-809v and I was wondering if it was posibbie to hook up an a sansui amp to compinsate for the lack of base

You mean 'bass'.

Amplifiers only amplify what is already there in the signal. By design, with all controls set to neutral or flat, they don't create or loose anything.

Speakers, on the other hand, are responsible for turning the electrical input into moving air. Good bass usually requires moving a lot of air.

Poor speaker placement or speakers wired out of phase with each other can **** the bass out of a room.

Web search for articles on bass response and speaker placement.

This receiver has a built-in Equalizer. Perhaps you could use IT to compensate for the tonal shortcomings of the speakers and environment.

Where r the pollenfilters located on audi a6 2007 diesel ?

For 2007 Audi A6 depending on the engine type, there are two placements for cabin air filters:
1. The cabin air filters are placed on the right bottom side of the central console - passenger side, for 2007 Audi A6 Avant. Remove the carpet and behind the plastic cover are cabin filters. When installing new filters see for the correct position - air flow is indicated by an arrow. See pictures below:

tdisline_339.jpg 2. For the second placement, besides you need to remove the glove box for access and replace cabin air filters.
Check first your car situation. If you will give me your e-mail address, I will send you photos with cabin filters replacement for 2007 Audi A6, because the www.fixya.com website is limited to 150 kb traffic.

Hi I have a 2003 Caravan but cannot find how to change to cabin air filer all on the internet says there is a door and latch but mine has the placement but no door or latch do I have to take everything...

A/C Filter or cabin air filter is located on the passenger side under the instrument panel. To replace the filter slide the lock toward the rear of the vehicle. Remove access door and pull the filter downward. When installing a new filter, ensure its proper orientation. Align the black arrow on the bottom of the filter frame with the direction of the airflow( away from the blower motor and towards the center of the car)

3rd light

This can be done one of two ways first there are two gold screws located in the trunk compartment one of them attaches the wire connection to the actual high bulb assembly this is located in a square hole. The second in in a small hole covered by foam tape these two screws will free up the assembly so you can pull the back of it up then push the front forward there should be a few clips that hold it down. This gives you access to the bulb. The second way is the hard way and more time consuming this is what i did before i figured out the first way. And that is taking your entire cabin apart. So just do it the first.
