Try 0000 or 1234 as the pin number or get the pin number from the instruction manual that came with the Bluetooth Car Kit (under "Pairing with your phone").
Hope this helps.
pin code is 0000, make sure you put the device into pair mode before hand. To do this :
with the device off, hold down the green button until you hear a language loop. When you hear the language of your choice, let go of the green button and press it once right away. You will hear a message about your phones bluetooth menu, when you hear that go back to your blackberry's bluetooth menu and when you enter the pin code 0000 it should work.
default PIN is 0000... be sure to turn on BT on your phone first, then power on your jabra... your phone should ask to pair to the jabra and then you enter the 0000
In general, each bluetooth device you want to pair with your phone must be put in pairing mode (consult the device's user guide on how to do it). Then, you must make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the device should appear in the phone's screen. It should be selected, and be commanded to proceed. In case a PIN (or passkey, or pairing code) is requested, enter 0000 (four zeros - it's the default PIN adopted by the vast majority of bluetooth devices' manufactures, but here again, consult the device's user guide, to be sure). In normal conditions, this pairing process should be performed just once. All subsequent connections between already paired devices should be made automatically, provided that both their bluetooth stacks are turned on.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
Cheers!

I recently had this same problem with my Motorola H710 Bluetooth & my Samsung SGH-A737. I could hear the people on my Bluetooth, and they couldn't hear me. It wasn't muted. I tried turning both the phone & the bluetooth off, then back on, first one, then the other, then vice versa; nothing worked.
Finally I deleted the H710 from my phone & reinstalled it. This fixed the problem.
To do this, navigate your phone's menu looking for the Bluetooth/Connections portion (every phone is different); select the bluetooth, then delete it from your phone.
To reinstall it, turn the bluetooth off. Then go back to your phone's menu and look for the equivalent of "Search For New Devices"; then, turn on the bluetooth. When your phone finds it, select it. The phone will ask you to input the pin. If it's the Motorola H710, the default pin should be four zeroes: "0000". I have heard this is the same for other Motorola's as well, but I can't say for sure. If you have another brand of bluetooth, either get out the manual and/or box (which should have the pin in it somewhere), or else get online and Google the model number and the word "pin"; you'll probably find it.
Be sure that your device's Bluetooth is not only on, but is discoverable by other devices. Also, make sure that your Bluetooth device is in pairing mode before you search devices from your phone.
If you can provide me with the model of your phone (Under the battery on the phone) and the type of Bluetooth you have I can help you further.
6620 blue tooth is supported on Palm TX. Im not sure about Gzone. It does have limitations to it when using you TX to connect to a bluetooth cell phone for data service.
You can try the GPRS cell phone setting and see if it recognizes it that way.
You have to get the phone to recognise the bluetooth headset first. The manual should tell you how to do this. Normally you have to go into the bluetooth menu on the phone and get the phone to detect the headset, and then type in the pin code, normally 0000.
I HAVE A MOTOROLA H700 BLUETOOTH AND LOST THE PIN # TO RESET IT TO MY NEW CELLPHONE. CAN ANYONE HELP LOOK UP MY PIN # OR RESET IT AND GIVE IT A NEW PIN
