I think I may be able to help you. So the same prob;e came with my childpad. Just remember as long as it does not work have the password with you. Because my works now but I forgot the password. So I opened the back blue thing. And then I figured that the charging thing was to loose. So, I just have to make it so that the charger won't come out, so some how my dad make it tighter. What wont turn on?

I've had trouble with downloaded apps not working and everytime I did I would delete the app, turn my device off then back on, and then reinstall the app.

I'm having the same issue on all my Idevices. Once slotomania was updated from the AppStore you can't login to Facebook with the app. Facebook shows a blank widow and won't allow the login, and the app no longer loads :(. Guess its a Facebook issue. Time to pull out the old laptop and play that way.

try to hold your power button and home buttom at same time or 1 min it will rebooth it

this happened to me, it needs charging make sure the lead has the blackberry symbol facing up....

Search on google, search comes up but then won't go to web page, goes right back to the search page.

Mine does that to but all I ever do it just hit the reset button on the back and it turns back on.
