Hi,
It is only a burner you need to get a recording capture card which fits into your PC. Then you need the program so you can play your tapes and records and have this plugged into the PC. Then you can capture the sound and have it on your PC to burn to CD.

You problably just need to google for the drivers. mac ones are all over the internet. It won't open unless it has drivers.

You need to load the drivers from the cd or find them on the internet. Mine did the same thing untill I reinstalled XP. I don't suggest you'll have to do that. Just find them on the internet... ward bones

there is no driver for qps-525 because it was made for mac only not indows

have you tried the manufactures webpage for your burner for the mac and is you mac got usb 2.0 inabled or is it only usb1.0 only if it is only got usb 1 then get yourself a usb 2 add on card then you may be able use usb 2 devices on the mac. hope this works for you
