The shuffle feature on my Phillips GoGear Raga has stopped working

The player is set to "shuffle all" in the settings menu, it used to work just fine but now it won't shuffle the songs anymore. I have also tried the feature to "shuffle all" songs by a certain artist, but with the same result. How do I fix this?

I would go ahead and try the firmware update to see if it resolves your issue - for the firmware update to work, you have to get the most recent version of the Philips Device Manager from Philips website. It will erase all the songs in the GoGear, so make sure you have them backed up.

Google search for free mp3 music files and download them to your computer. Then connect the USB cable that came with your player, connect it to your player and then plug it into the USB port on your computer. The computer will see the player as an external storage device, then copy the mp3 music files to your player.

I just had the same problem now and what I did was hit the reset button. I did this out of desperation as I was not home when this happened. Luckily, when I turned it back on, all my files are still there!

Everytime a song finishes on my Ipod touch, it comes back to main menu and the songs stops instead of going to the next one. How do I fix this?

Using the ipods audio settings, program the playback features to shuffle playlist, or even continous play. The music should shuffle once these settings applied to the audio on the ipod. Explore the ipods settings features, unless audio shuffle.

How do i turn shuffle off philips GoGear ?

Go to your settings menu, playback mode, set it to "Repeat" instead of shuffle. You'll be able to play your playlist alphabetically beginning to end, but only by album or artist after that. I think when it gets done with the last song it'll stop? Not sure. Not enough info on the WWW.

On my Gogear Raga 2GB I can't make a playlist. (SA2RGA02). With WMP I can synchronise the music, but there's no playlist on the device. All the music is stored in different folders on the Raga and not in...

Sync all the songs you want onto the raga via 'songbird'.
Stay connected, then go to windows explorer, identify your device. Then in 'Music', make folders for your playlists. Manually transfer (drop and drag) your songs to the required folder/playlist.
When using the raga use the 'folder' option. Works as playlists.
