I have a Sony cyber shot camera DSCT10 and there is a blinking notice on the screen. I do not know what to do not have my manual and cd-rom where I am.
E:62:10 means one of the flat cables is loose that leads to the imaging module. Remove the battery and memory card. Remove the five screws and open the camera by lifting the front off. There will be a black plastic sheet lightly glued slightly to the tight of center. This covers two connectors for flat connectors. each has a tiny black hinged bar that can be popped uo with a small flat blade. Then slide the connecter as deep in the socket as possible. Snap the retaining bars back down and replace the black plastic insulator. Reassemble camera.
While you have the camera open canned air can be used to get any lint or dust out of the camera while it its open.

I totally solved it myself, read about others who had slammed the camera face down into a desk or knee or something and it work!! Unbelievable, I hit it hard into my desk and thaught I brooke it first then turned it of and on again and now it is as good as new. ha ha great! its quick turning on again and takes even bette pictures I think, crazy but true! I am happy.
