My 30-30 has a medallion in bedded in the stock with a bear and wording that states: Sharpshooters award and has ECHLIN on the bottom of the bear. Also has a sling ring on the side. It has a tunnel sight on the front of the barrel and adjustable sights on the rear. It has Repeating Arms on the bottom of the stock. I bought it over 35 years ago. I want to know what it will be worth today!
SOURCE: I need to remove the forearm on a winchester 94
You shouldn't have to get the band past the front sight to remove the forearmbut you can turn the band upside down and slide it off. Depends on which sight is on your rifle. You may have to tap the front sight out of the dovetail slot

Starting in 1901, the Model 1894 was also chambered in .32 Winchester Special.
SOURCE: just bought winchester 94 30/30 serial 3563665 for hubby. what year is it and worth? hope i did good
you kind of answered your own question the year would be 1994 and what it is worth depends on the condition of the Winchester Suggest that you take it to a couple of gun shops nearby and see what they would give you and also perhaps look on sites like EBAY AND AMAZON and see what they are going for and also go to a gun show. Good Luck.
