OUR CHAIRMAN NEEDS TO MUTE HIS NOKIA 8800 AND CANNOT FIND HOW TO DO THIS.
To silence a Nokia (no ring) press the on button and chose silent, or select profiles from menu and chose silent.
To mute a call , select options during a call , and there you find the mute/unmute command

To mute the ringing tone, select Silence. Then either answer or reject the call.
you can also mute sound during call.
