Hi ive just purchased a Quinny freestyler from ebay and it came with no instruction manual. We can get the buggy open together but can't work out how to get it up when its just one of us doing it. Does anyone have a simpler option for us?
You need to lift the collapsing mechanism and pull top part of pram upwards. it will click into place. then you need to press buttons on handle at same time to release handle to adjust it to height you want.

Please could you let us know your e-mail address and we will send your a copy of the Freestyle 3XL User Manual (We're unable to send it on here its too big)
They should have been included if the pushchair was purchased brand new from a retailer - go back to the retailer and explain the adaptors were not included and they will supply.
If second hand please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then go to the "Contact Us" tab on the right side for your enquiry to be sent through to the customer care team for your country. We are in the UK and as the Freestyle was discontinued some time ago in the UK we are no longer able to supply spare part items for it.
I found this exploded view of the XL on a site in the Netherlands they also sell parts!

The Dreami for the Freestyle 3XL is compatible with the Buzz. You will need to get a set of Buzz adapters (these are the same adapters that you would use to attach the Cabrio Fix carseat) these should cost around £18 or see if you can get them on eBay!
Hi, The Buzz top will not fit onto your chassis. I would suggest you look on ebay for a new or used hood they have lots of spare parts for sale. Regards Marie
Hi, I wouldn't try opening the wheel suspension as you will never get it back together, what I suggest is that you buy a new or used set of front wheels for you buggy on ebay, there is lots of spare parts to be purchased in very good condition. Regards marie
Hi, you can download the manual from the quinny website, but as a quick guide, the best I found was - first stand with your foot against the front wheel (so it doesnt move forward) then press the grey buttons on either side of the chassis and at the same time draw the frame downwards towards your foot, please remember you can only fold down with the seat in place if the seat is facing forward (ie baby facing outwards) it wont fold down with the seat facing mum, there are also demos on you tube, hope ive helped and not been too complicated :)
