Both are initiated by the programmer unit? Is the water supply getting to the machine, has a tap/valve inadvertently been closed. i If water is getting to it then if the programmer is working correctly the pump should trandport the water? If water is not being introduced the machine will not rotate.
I think the issues are both associated with a faulty programmer probably

Hello, This unit does have a belt. Since you hear the motor running but its not spinning i would check the belt the part # is WH1X2026. to check it there are two clips in the top front corners in the gap between the top and front panel you cant see them you slide a putty knife in the gap and pop the clips in and slide the front panel down then you will have access to the belt. It drains because it has a electric pump not controlled by the belt.. Hope this helps..Please dont forget to rate me :)
