Hi there! In order to set Facebook as your home page, open up your web browser and select TOOLS at the top of the screen. Click on OPTIONS and set home page to 'http://facebook.com/" This is how you do it. please give me 4 thumbs if I helped you! :)

You can report them to Facebook, go to their help page in "account":

Search for "report abuse":

Or when on their facebook page and click on Report/Block this person on the bottom left of the page.
