Checked float switch with ohm meter and it seems to be working, checked water inlet solenoid, cleaned screen however no voltage to solenoid when machine turned on.

The water float switch, located on the inside bottom of the machine, may be stuck in the up(off) position keeping the water valve from functioning. This is a safety device that turns the water valve off when the machine fills in order to keep it from overflowing.
The water inlet solenoid mounted on the inlet valve under the bottom front may also be malfunctioning not allowing the water valve to open and fill the machine. If electricity is present at the solenoid terminals when the machine is in fill cycle, then check the solenoid coil to see if it is open(no continuity). Also, the timer may not be calling for water/ sending voltage to the inlet valve solenoid.
I would start by manually operating the water float valve a few time to see if that helps. You should hear a microswitch click each time the valve stem is moved up or down by the float. If not, check to see if voltage is getting to the float switch and the water inlet valve solenoid.
Most(if not all) machines have a safety cutoff switch which activates when the door is opened. That switch could also be malfunctioning not allowing voltage to the water inlet valve solenoid in fill cycle.
Investigate these five areas if your dishwasher won't fill with water:
As water is filling your dishwasher, a float rises along with it. When the float reaches a predetermined level, it shuts off the flow of water, thereby preventing a leak. Sometimes the float can get stuck in the wrong position in your dishwasher, and it can prevent your dishwasher from filling. Check your float assembly. Replace it if you need to.
The water that fills your dishwasher lifts the float, and when it reaches a certain level, it acts as a trigger for the float switch. The float triggers the float switch to shut off, thereby shutting off the flow of water into the dishwasher. A defective switch may interfere with your dishwasher's filling ability.
Your dishwasher may not be filling with water simply because the water valve's filter screens are dirty and debris-filled. Gain access to your water inlet valve and try cleaning it out. This might be enough to solve the problem. You can learn how to access your water inlet valve in the replace a dishwasher water inlet valve section.
Alternatively, your water inlet valve could be defective altogether. That could be the reason your dishwasher is not filling. Test it for continuity. If it is not functioning as it should, replace it.
Your dishwasher's drain valve is regulated by a drain solenoid. If the solenoid is malfunctioning, it may not allow the drain valve to funtion properly, which in turn could be the reason your dishwasher is not filling with water. Investigate your drain valve and test the solenoid. If the solenoid is faulty, replace it.

the water valve,use a meter set to check ac voltage and check for 120 volts ac at the plug to it,if has 120 when supposed to fill valve is bad so long at it has water supply to it
the float switch,use meter set to lowest ohms setting and remove the 2 wires on float switch and check for continunity(zero ohms) if meter reads OL replace float switch
the control,check for 120 volts ac to float switch when supposed to fill, if 120 at fill portion yet no fill ,replace control
water supply,if uses flex tube something in cabinet under sink may have pinched water line

The following steps require using electrical power. You assume all responsibility / risk for any mis-fortunes cause by working on this dishwasher with power applied.
The first step will require using a meter on the water valve solenoid teminals.
- Remove all power.
- Remove the lower toe / kick panel(s).
- Locate the main water supply line and follow that to the inlet water valve.
- Slide the connector(s) off of the solenoid and read resistance on meter scale R x 1 or R x 10. You should read a low resistance. If you do not read any resistance the inlet water valve has failed.
If you do read resistance you must check switch the meter to AC voltage and apply power and read for AC voltage on the teminals of the wire harness.
- Start a reular wash cycle to where the unit should be filing with water.
it SHOULD read 120 VAC.
If you have no power at the connector teminals
- Check the float switch plastic FLOAT. If the float is stuck in the UP position due to food particulate on the FLOAT stem you willnot have power to the inlet water valve solenoid.
If you have power to inlet water valve solenoid and it is buzzing / humming but you get no water there is debris in the main water supply line. You wil have to shut off the water supply and clean out the inlet of the water valve.
Check for s stuck float... and that the level switch is actuated as the float id lifed gently up and down. If you do not hear a micro-switch click the switch is bad. If the float is hard to move... clean it as best you can so that it moves freely up and down.
Is the valve opening. Since you have a meter set it to the a c voltage range, and check whether you get voltage to solenoid coil where you tested coil resistance. If no voltage reaching check the control board.
For a trial fill water manually to the wash chamber and run the machine. If it runs OK the machine is OK. Otherwise check the float switch/ pressure switch and diagonise further
Check the inlet hose at the back of the appliance. Ensure that is not kinked or blocked.
Check the water level device. There must be a float switch inside the Tub. Some model may also have a pressure switch. The water level switch is tested bypassing it or testing continuity with an Ohm meter.
Check the inlet valve . This is tested reading impedance on valve solenoid contacts. The solenoid must show continuity on the Ohm meter.

If this valve is defective, you need to completely replace it. It's usually located behind the lower access panel on the left or right side. It's the device with the main water line (usually copper) from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and two wires attached to it.Float switchThe float switch is a small electrical switch that's located right below the dishwasher "floor." Above the switch, on the inside of the dishwasher, is a plastic cylinder that floats up as water fills the dishwasher. Check your inlet screens where the water hose attaches to the washer. It is just like a hose washer, but with a cone shape screen in the center.
Otherwise, you will need to check the cold water solenoid valve, if it is getting the voltage signal to flow water, or if the the solenoid coil has continuity by checking with an ohm meter.
If you are not getting voltage, then deeper tracing must be pursued.
Be aware that you should remove dishwasher's power cable before touching wires or making resistance measuring !!!
Check that the inlet valve get power. In case it does and no water
entering the tub, check with multi-meter for solenoid's resistance (disconnect first the wires to it),if no measurement result, you should replace the valve.
In case you have a measurement result, remove the solenoid from the valve and check that it's clean from any dirt.
In case there is no power to the inlet valve - check that the float switch works. This is usually a small switch attached to a float. The float (usually a cylindrical) located inside the dishwasher at the bottom. As the water level rises, the float rises too. When it reaches the certain height, the float activates its switch, which cuts the electricity to the water inlet valve. If the switch is defective (stuck in the disconnected position)it will prevent power from the inlet valve.
The switch is an On/Off switch and you can check it easily by a multi-metr.
