My outgoing calls are barred how to deactivate it on my Samsung galaxy s duos

now i m in roming and my outgoing call is off but incoming is on..and software is also update but no soulation ...

International call barring service key is 331. Try and check for barring status by entering *#331#
It shall respond something like "Call barring / international outgoing / all calls on" (or off)
If status is "on" you may want to deactivate barring by #331*code#
where code is your key to supplementary service activation deactivation.

If it is still unsuccessful ask yourself: did anyone activate international call barring on your phone?
Barring services can be activated by subscriber as well as the telco. In the latter case you will not be able to deactivate the barring.

You can try these out. It's the general way to deactivate call barring (NOKIA) .

Follow the below instruction:

Go to Menu,
Enter settings,
Scroll to Security,
You will see call barring on that list,
Click on it,and scroll to last option and you will see cancel call barring.

Your cell phone might not be the same with these functions,but the procedure are aways the same..

what is the exact error message/prompt that you hear when you try to make outgoing calls?
if you are a prepaid user, make sure that you have enough balance
if not, make sure that the call barring feature on the phone is deactivated, to check go to the settings of your phone, call settings, then call barring and make sure that outgoing call barring deactivated.
turn off the phone, remove battery and sim then wait for a few seconds then turn the phone back on, see if you can already make outgoing calls

HELLO,this is simply caused because you have barred your outgoing calls.kindly go to your phones call settings to deactivate the barred outgoing calls.a code would have been entered so the code will be required when trying to deactivate it.or probably,it could be a network problem,so kindly try the above instruction before you contact your service provider to confirm if it's a network problem.
