Since morning I am trying to make calls but my phone is saying all you cannot make a call as call barring is on, though I am getting incoming calls on my phone. I did not opt for call barring so could not find it and deactivate it. Pls help.
Go to Apps through Home screen.
Tap Phone.
Tap the Menu key.
On pop up menu select Call settings.
Tap Additional settings.
Tap Call barring.
Tap Voice call.
To disable call barring, tap each of the barrings types that you've enabled before.
Enter your barring password. When you never change your barring password, then the default is 0000.

If you are sure that call barring is activated in your phone, you can get the code from your service provider to disable it. If you try to disable it from the phone it would ask you a password, you can try 0000, but if that does not work your service provider will guide you with a proper code.

Hi there,
Go to Settings >>> Network services → Call barring. Clear all the call barrings that you have set.
Hope this helps
