I jumped the termostat, voltage seem to be getting through, all the blowers and fans are working, funance will ignite and run for about 3-4 minutes then turn off. The furnace will try to cycle itself 3 more time with out lighting and I get a single blink on the indecator light board.
Any thoughts out there

I have a GMS90 series. This was an intermittent problem for me because when I reset the furnace it ran for days without an issue. I then replaced the sensor and igniter, didn't help. I checked the pressure switch hoses and they were dry. Last night I was home and I heard the furnace shut down. I ran downstairs and pulled off the hose from the front cover and water started coming out. I tried to blow out the cover drain hose and it was blocked. I examined the cup on the side of the furnace where the condensate drains to and discovered the side under the cover drain was full of sediment and had blocked the hose. I washed it out and and furnace is running fine.
The blink codes are differant on every furnace. Read your code on the schematic found on the inside of the door. You most likey have a dirty flame sensor. Under the burners you should find a "single" wire going to a connector. This will be to the far left or right. Just opposite of a "two" white wires going to the hot surface igniter. Remove the 1/4 inch screw closet to the single wire under the burner. carefully pull out the flame sensor. Clean it with a small piece of sandpaper. Re install it. This should fix your furnace. KEEP IN MIND Goodman GMP models are noted for defective heatexchangers. Pull out the blower assembly and turn it over. If small rings about the size of a dime falls out.... this furnace is unsafe and should replaced!
