My tablet froze on displaing disgo now 2months how do i get it to work
After trying to download a bible on my tablet it took a very long time and when i tried switching off it was frozen, thereafter it switched off no batt, after charging when i switchen on that is when the problem started when i tried the reset button it switches off

Stop stop stop and stop using the device immediately! Once you use it again, it may cause the file overwritten situation which means your original files may be overwritten by the new files. To get back the recovery image, you can boot your disgo 8000 first. Then use this software to get the files back, here is the website: http://www.uflysoft.com
If it doesn't work after being reset or turned off and on, I think it's time to go to curry & pc world to get it fixed, I did that with my Disgo 9000 and they said they had many problems with them in the past and that they don't sell them anymore, the man then said that we can go and find a different tablet for the same price and they will switch everything over, no money needed, especially if you got the norton on the tablet they give you it free of charge, I now have a Lenovo 9" tablet.
Search google to do a hard reset, I had the problem and after doing a hard reset it helped me and my tablet is working fine now. I don't really remember which keys it was but there are three keys to keep pressed and after that it will reset your tablet and if everything is ok it should work perfectly after that. It would be nice if the manufacturer would also put that in the manual, because when I received my tablet I had to calibrate the screen and that didn't really help me. Also the tablet was working really slow and took a lot of time for everything, plus the fact that the keyboard kept pressing all sorts of other keys then that I wanted to press. 1) Ensure that the Video/Image files you are trying to view are compatible with
the tablet. Compatible files are located on the packaging and in the User
Manual. You can also locate this information on the website, mydisgo.com
2) If you have not already done so, we would advise that you update the device
to version 2.3. The update procedure can be found at the following page; tinyurl.com/8000update
3) If the Gallery app only freezes when accessing files on the SD card (and
not internal memory), please try using the alternative memory card slot or test
using a different memory card.
