Is there a reset button for the door lock? Machine won't run unless light comes on and I think that someone force the door open before light was off. Now washer will not work because latch is not clicking and indicating that it is locked so washer can start. My He2 is plugged in, power light on and won't respond to any button selections. The door opens fine but lights are locked in a HOT water, SPIN cycle selection and no error code or number is shown, just 2 short vertical lines as if the number "11" has been cut in half. The small drum screen has been removed, cleaned and replaced with no effect, and I'm assuming the circuit board is fried. Any clues anyone?
Try unplugging for 2 minutes and if display looks the same, then theres and elec. issue.
