Hi,

--> The yellow ink sticks are jammed.
Open the ink loader and ensure that the yellow ink sticks are able to slide in the ink loading chute. Remove any broken of partial ink sticks. And use the link below for any other problems you may have.

I have a phaser 860 and it has a paper jam issue. There is no paper jam. I am wondering if the maintenance roller can cause this? It has been sitting around for well over a year and I just started using it...

Most likely if it is not moving the paper out of the tray the rollers will need replaced. You can try cleaning them a few times with soapy cleaner, and alcohol.
Honestly, you could probably pick an entire 860 up on E-bay for cheap for some of the parts, But feed rollers I would get new.
Not sure of a non Xerox source for those. You can try Precision rollers, The Parts Drop, and Xerox phone number to order those parts would be 1-800-835-6100, follow prompts to parts and you can just inquire. They will give you prices and look up what you need with no commitment.

Install wiper on xerox 8560 dn

Hi,

The user guide is available here http://www.support.xerox.com/go/results.asp?Xtype=docs&prodID=8560&Xlang=en_US&Xcntry=USA&prodName=Phaser%208560

Also, I think there are two wiper blades on the 8560, one is on the maintance kit and the other is supposed to be removed, that was the old 860 that could remove theirs. Perhaps cleaning it will be fine. just open the top of the machine and its right there, give it a wipe and it should be fine. The other wiper blade on the maintanance kit and here is a link below to show you how to clean it!

Where in Belgium Europe can I find Heating halogen ligths for a 8200 phaser printer. On the old continent we use 220 volts. Xerox asks 200? plus a heavy repair fee ... Thanks for help

If you are able to do the repair yourself, then remove a lamp from the preheater assembly and look at the voltage and wattage on the bulb itself...on some there is also a lamp part number.

you can also order a repair kit from e-bay. The same lamps are used in the Phasers 840, 850, 860 & 8200

Here are 2 links that have what you need (if the internal voltages for the printer are the same in europe as in usa):

Xerox Phaser 860 ink scratches off sooooooo easily

An 860 has no fuser. That sounds more like either a maintenance kit or transfix roller needs replaced.

Phaser 860 Printer posting a paper jam at start up.

Sounds like printhead needs replacement.
Moving these printers without cool down is known to destroy printheads and of course wax goes everywhere and then everything else fails.Think about replacement
