In the C:\Windows and look for DVR2.ini file. Open the file and scroll to the "Users" section and look for admin and replace all of the information next to the "=" with:
61646D696E000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000FF130000FFFF00000000000000000000000000000000000019
This will replace the current password with a blank password.
As a correction to my solution please replace the information with:
61646D696E0000000000000000000000000000000000000

00000000000000000000000000000000000000000FF1300
00FFFF00000000000000000000000000000000000019

I just deleted the dvr2 file in c:\windows then reinstalled the dvr software

I ve tried to get a manual, remote and software for our eyemax GD04. when you go to there site in korea they forward everything to BESTGUARD and they answered me that they never sold my DVR yet they have it on there page, either i'm real confused after getting the same answer 3 times. when we move to another building the box with all the dvr stuff was lost. so im just trying to replace the remote, manual and software, any help aprecated
