Canon i255 printer--print head error

Canon i255 printer
system giving error saying print head not installed but i have not removed the print head.I have tried reinstalling the head but i didn't help.give some solution

Canon i255 printer error 5100

5100 is a carriage error. check the timing strip for contamination (plastic strip about 1/4" in width). Check for obstructions.

Hi, check the nozzle and test , if the result not in solid color there are spaces within the color means need head cleaning after head cleaning twice test print .

Canon i255 Printing Problem

I Had The Same exact thing on my MP210, Check if there is a peice of paper in it or just somethign that would restrict the Ink Cartrige Tray from opening, I had a peice of paper stuck in it and I had to gently pull it out :) And I was printing in no time :P
