Clicking sound when you turn the tv on but won't work until a few minutes sometimes longer .

Sounds like your solenoid is going bad... easy fix..

You would not hear the click if the ignitor was bad. It won't click until the flame sensor get heated up by the ignitor. So that tells me the thermal fuse ain't melted. I would say them coils on the gas valve are the problem.

definitely, something wrong with it. TV shouldn't take more then a few seconds to start, I suggest, while it still under warranty, give Sharp a call to get it fixed.

When you turn your tv off turn it off using the remote control then turn off the tvs switch itself... Try this for a few days hope it works for you.
