Hi .Thanks For The Question. You Probably Have A Drain Problem, From The Freezer TO The Back Of The Fridge. Pull Fridge Away From Wall ,Remove Back Panel Clean All Coils. Locate Drain Hose From Freezer. Clean Tube. And Fridge Is A Bit Too Cold

Hi, You can use a hair dryer to thaw the inlet tube out. Some mofeld will aloow you to remove the inlet tube from behind the refrigerator. If yours can be removed, this would be the easiest way.
If the tube plugs up again, you should replace the inlet valve. Thhey sometimes will drip a little causing the inlet tube to freeze.
I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Yes I just had that happen to me. An appliance guy came over for my stove and I asked him if he could tell me why I wake up everyday to a puddle. He told me to take the baskets out unscrew the three screws and pull the panel off, then pour some hot water in it and use a turkey baster to blast the drain hole with. It worked. Sears repair man couldn't even figure that out when it was under warranty. Took me 15 minutes. Good Luck

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use
and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater
comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost
drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the
freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.
Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end
because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the
evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it.
Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing
it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough
to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils
on the lower back of the freezer

This may help with screws but the defrost thermostat is item 32 and not shown on the diagram. Once you hav ethe access panel off loof fok the thermostat. It will have 2 wires and tough metal clip on it.
