hi first you should go to the menu---setting--- security-from there you can change your serial number first you should enter ur previous number and then enter ur decide password like 12345

OK, enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask u to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and get the
puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
