I have a Kenmore Ultra Care 1, Heavy Duty 80 series, Extra Capacity Plus, model #110-92583810. Top loader goes through all cycles but when it gets to the final rinse/spin/drain cycle water just sits in the tub. Have tried to drain on all settings, normal, ultra clean, permanent press but does not drain. Can you please help this dumb blonde?
Doers it spin? if so thenh u may have a blockage in the water pump, its known to happen, if it doesnt spin then u will have no draining, and have to check the clutch, belt or motor coupler. depending if its belt drive or direct drive, its not that hard to fix this issueDoers it spin? if so thenh u may have a blockage in the water pump, its known to happen, if it doesnt spin then u will have no draining, and have to check the clutch, belt or motor coupler. depending if its belt drive or direct drive, its not that hard to fix this issue

Dear cbringer,
I have the same washer. I have had the same problem with it. It's the timer module. You can get additional help from http://www.repairclinic.com.

hum either a bad timer sticking the point contacts close. have u tried this in all cycles? and possibly a motor with bad windings not enough power to run agitation? try running in mild or gentle and see what happens? I was tempted to say the cam dogs in agitator but they dont work then stop then work, when they go out they go out.
The cubic feet of the Kenmore washer model 110 heavy duty is 2.8 cubic feet. Measured to the top water line 14.5 inches and using the radius of the tub of 10.375 inches.
