Blue screen error

1. Did you just install or make a change to a hard drive controller? If so, there's a good chance that the change you made caused the STOP 0x0000007B error.
   
   Undo the change and test for the 0x7B blue screen error.
   
   Depending on what changes you made, some solutions might include:
   
   
   • Remove or reconfigure the newly installed hard drive controller.
   • Startup with Last Known Good Configuration to undo related registry and driver changes.
   • Use System Restore to undo recent changes.
   • Rollback hard drive controller device driver to version prior to your driver update.
2. Verify that the SCSI chain is correctly terminated, assuming you're using SCSI hard drives in your computer. Incorrect SCSI termination has been known to cause STOP 0x0000007B errors.
   
   Note: Most home computers don't utilize SCSI hard drives.
   
3. Verify that the hard drive is properly installed. An improperly installed hard drive could cause STOP 0x0000007B errors and other issues.
   
4. Verify that the hard drive is configured properly in BIOS. The STOP 0x0000007B error could occur if the hard drive settings in BIOS are incorrect.
   
5. Scan your computer for viruses. Certain viruses that infect the master boot record (MBR) or boot sector can cause STOP 0x0000007B errors.
   
   Important: Make sure your virus scanning software is updated and configured to scan the MBR and boot sector.
   
6. Update the drivers for your hard drive controller. If the drivers to your hard drive controller are outdated, incorrect, or corrupted then the STOP 0x0000007B error will likely occur.
   
   Note: If the STOP 0x0000007B error occurs during the Windows setup process and you suspect that the reason is driver related, be sure to install the latest hard drive controller driver from the manufacturer for use during the installation of the operating system.
   
   Note: This is a likely solution if the second hexadecimal number after the STOP code is 0xC0000034.
   
7. Change the SATA mode in BIOS to IDE mode. Disabling some of the advanced features of SATA drives in BIOS could stop the STOP 0x0000007B error from showing up, especially if you're seeing it in Windows XP or during a Windows XP installation.
   
   Note: Depending on your BIOS make and version, SATA mode may be referred to as AHCI mode and IDE mode may be referred to as either Legacy, ATA, or Compatibility Mode.
   
   Note: While not a common solution, you may also want to try the reverse - see if IDE mode is selected in BIOS and if so change it to AHCI, especially if you see the STOP 0x0000007B error in Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista.
   
8. Run chkdsk on your hard drive. If the boot volume is corrupted, the chkdsk command might repair the corruption.
   
   Important: You'll likely have to run chkdsk from the Recovery Console.
   
   Note: This will likely be the solution if the second hexadecimal number after the STOP code is 0xC0000032.
   
9. Perform an extensive test of your hard drive. If your hard drive has a physical problem, one very likely situation is the STOP 0x0000007B error you're seeing.
   
   Replace the hard drive if the diagnostics you complete suggest that there is a hardware problem with the drive.
   
10. Run the fixmbr command to create a new master boot record. A corrupted master boot record might be causing your STOP 0x0000007B error.
    
    Note: This will likely be the solution if the second hexadecimal number after the STOP code is 0xC000000E.
    
11. Clear the CMOS. Sometimes the STOP 0x0000007B error is caused by a BIOS memory issue. Clearing the CMOS could solve that problem.
    
12. Update your BIOS. In some situations, an outdated BIOS could cause a STOP 0x0000007B error due to incompatibilities with a hard drive controller.
    
13. Update the hard drive controller's firmware if possible. Just as with the BIOS in the previous step, an incompatibility could be causing the 0x7B error and a firmware update from the manufacturer may correct the problem.
    
14. Repair your Windows installation. If you've just replaced the motherboard in a computer without reinstalling Windows then this will likely fix your problem.
    
    Note: Sometimes a Windows repair will not fix a STOP 0x0000007B error. In those cases, a clean installation of Windows should do the trick.
    
    If you haven't just replaced your motherboard, a Windows reinstall probably will not fix your STOP 0x7B issue.

Have you changed any BIOS settings? I would open your BIOS menu and make sure it is set to "AHCI"

it's mattr of loose ram check it.....it will work fine............check hd connection also

In Figure 2-2 you can also see that the Windows service SPCMDCON.SYS has failed. From the BSOD, you should be able to gather the following information:
•The stop error number, which uniquely identifies the error
•The stop error parameters, which provide additional information relating to the specific stop error number
•Driver information is available if the source of the problem relates to drivers
Armed with this information, you are able to search online to establish the problem and hopefully a resolution.
In addition to the information available on the blue screen, if the system is able to be rebooted after the BSOD, either normally or using Safe Mode, it is useful to take a look in the System Event Log and view the error message. For example, a faulty driver during boot up usually has the stop error code STOP: 0x00000050 and an Error EventID of 1003.
If your system refuses to reboot successfully, or is trapped within a perpetual BSOD that restarts over and over again, you should take the following steps. Press F8 after the BIOS screen appears. From Advanced Boot Options, select Disable automatic restart on system failure, as shown in Figure 2-3. This allows you to read and make note of the information contained on the BSOD. You can then allow Windows to attempt a reboot. If the perpetual loop reoccurs, select another option, such as Safe Mode, from the Advanced Boot Options menu.

To disable the system from automatically rebooting, take the following steps:
1.Click Start, right-click Computer, and select Properties.
2.Click Advanced System Settings.
3.In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab. Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings.
4.In the System Failure box, clear the Automatically Restart check box.
These steps can also be configured if the system is booted in Safe Mode. There are over 300 unique stop codes, and most are quite rare. The full list

You've not posed a question, this looks like a cut and paste of the typical report from a blue screen crash.

Just follow the instructions :-

1) IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU'VE SEEN THIS ERROR SCREEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.

2) IF THIS SCREEN APPEARS AGAIN FOLLOW THESE STEPS: CHECK FOR VIRUSES ON YOUR COMPUTER.

3) REMOVE ANY NEWLY INSTALLED HARD DRIVES OR HARD DRIVE CONTROLLERS.

4) CHECK YOUR HARD DRIVE TO MAKES SURE IT IS PROPERLY CONFIGURED AND TERMINATED.

5) RUN CHKDISK /F TO CHECK FOR HARDDRIVE CORRUPTION, AND THEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.

Assuming this is windows then a stop error is an error in the operating system. You can try to go to safe mode by hitting f8 while booting and then do a restore to a previous date when the computer worked. If that doesnt work then you would need to try to re-install the operating system and see if that works. If none of the above works then more than likely the hard drive has gone bad. I recently had a customer with the error and I tried both safe mode and new -os install and still got stop errors. I changed the Hard drive out and everything was perfect!

(1)When you power up the computer press F8 key thne if you are able to see safe mode and other menu then enter in safe mode.Then go to start menu->run type in run "chkdsk /r"
thne press "y" then scan your computer with antivirus. uninstall that antivirus because sometimes it conflict to windows.
then restart computer thne wait untill it check disk and fix errors.
Then you can see desktop screen.
(2)But if you are not able to enter in safe mode then you need windows disk or recovery disk.
Then boot computer with that disk.
For that when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" key to enter in bios .
Then go to boot option and set frist boot device as your cd or dvd drive.
Then save and exit settings.
Then insert disk in rom then it boot with that disk.
then follow the procedure and enter in recovery console .
Type in console prompt "chkdsk /r"
the press "y"
then it fix error on disk.
Then check in normal mode if still not load windows then follow above procedure again but this time select repair previous windows option so it repairs old windows and you get your old windows .

Its seems you did not format the harddrive, remove the hard drive and power the system on for about 5 minutes, then put the hard drive back and format it, this will work better. please check the jumper settings and make sure it is on master. good luck
