Only two red lights show after some traveling.

It takes 5-6 full charges to brake a battery in. The first charge is 90%, then it increases. Also make sure that the caster and anti tilt wheels are free of dirt and any restrictions. Make sure that you don't exceed the weight capacity - most chairs are 300 lbs on a flat, hard surface.

My Jet 3 has new batteries and they fully charge. When I am outside of the house the chair just cuts off like you turned of a switch. Leave be a while and it runs again. when you push reset button after it...

Alvin you have a left motor problem and it could be a loose connection Check that the left motor connector is tight and that if you move it the lights blink then there is a problem with the wiring to the left motor. If Medicare paid for your chair then they will pay for 80% of the repair costs contact your provider to see if they will repair it or contact a repair service like Roadrunner Mobility @ 1-800-467-2668 Hope this helps

Wife was riding in it till all os a sudden the power went off . I plug in tonight to charge it but the red light was still blinking. What should I do>?

What model of power wheel chair or scooter do you have? If the red blinking light on the charger or the controller? Has the chair been stored for a while? How old are the batteries? Did you charge them for at least 8 hours? Take a look at this website to help you can diagnose the problem:

My wheel chair wont work

Hi,im disabled also. The sequence of the bleeps could be a sign to tell the manufacturer as to what part on it has gone wrong.its a basic as that, but you will not be given that info if you contacted the manufacturer, why?cos they dont give out technical info out to end users i.e. you as in the person who has bought the product, plus are you still under warranty.& give age concern a call they may have info on helping people in this situation.or look in directory for nearest repairer for your product, and the technical boys or girls there will be able to get hold of manufacturer and be given the explanation of a problem being they are qualifed.i really hope your back on your travels soon colin.

Red light on my jet 7 keeps blinking and chair barely moves.

Sound like the batteries are on their last leg. Have them load tested.
