The line indicates the screen is defective. It will have to be replaced. If it is under warranty the manufacturer will replace it. They may replace it even if out of warranty. You might find a new screen on ebay and replace it yourself. Good luck.

You will need to get it repaired or replaced by a reputable repair shop, it may be cheaper to get a new one

Next book has the manuals available at their page located at nextbookusa.com from there, go to the menu for downloads and select Premium7se or even go with Next6. This selection will list all available downloads for those models.
