You need a PC-suite to get connected to the PC.Mostly the PC-suite will
be given free with the mobile during purchase in a CD.If you don't have the link download it from here

Install the Pc-suite in the PC and connect the USB cable with the kp500 and to the PC..Now run the PC-suite application and transfer the files you want to..

The main problem LG Cookie KP500 has is that it doesn't support YouTube Videos.When you try to watch a YouTube video on its internal web browser, it says something like "File not Supported." So, you can't enjoy YoTtube or any other online streamable videos. So, where's the fun, right?But, now you can watch most of the online videos on your LG KP500, using a browser named"Bolt." This may work:

Go to messages bit, settings, multimedia message, scroll down to multi msg centre,

Now if you're on montly contract, select pay monthyl, etc
try sending the message again, sometimes it may not send it properly, u may have to send the message one or twice, it'l only charge u once though,
