Sorry to tell u, but ur screen went out.. That brand will only last so long. Maybe a loose wire somewhere, but from what I've read, it is just overblown.

Try plugging it into an external monitor and see if you can get it to show up on that. If it does, it might be a bad screen.

hello,its a screen problem,all you need to do is just to get a brand new screen and fix it up.i will advice you take it to an expert to help you fix it so as not to compound the problem.

Moto RAZR phones are notorious for this. Best thing to do - Get a new phone. Inside of the hinge, there is a sensor that detects if the phone is open or shut. When you open the phone, it still thinks its closed, so the screen stays white, and if im correct the outside display should still work. Pretty much not-fixable unless you know someone who can take it apart and re-position the sensor (will void the warranty)

Best thing to do....Upgrade.

transfer all your contacts and pics to ur computer and go to phone , then security , then press reset , enter your code which is the last for digits of ur number unless u changed it and it should work , when you unplug battery for about 2 days , to be safe

Unit is defective. If under 1 year, it's under warrantee. Send it back.

have a 17'' starlogic flatscreen monitor and i opened a game and it went to white screen and stayed there.

check the brightness and contrast from the menu on the monitor try increasing it ... the problem will get solved...
if same problem persists contact ur near by experrt technician he may tell that the tube is gone he must recharge it....
