if its not starting at all it maybe a firmware problem... to solve that,1.download the appropriate firmware from here2.press and hold reset button for 2 seconds 3.run the firmware updater 4.press and hold "volume -" button while connecting to system.5.the updater will detect the player and it will upgrade the firmware.
