How to do you run a internet security and a antivirus together on a W7 laptop

hi. in order to remove computer virus's you would need to get a anitvirus program. the program will then search and clean the computer of virus. here are links to some programs:

Microsoft Security Essentials is good if you want antivirus for home use. It will not even slow down the computer speed and will be having real time protection.

I would email them and make sure it doesn't automatically renew, In future i would uninstall Norton and go with something more reliable and stable. I use Avast! antivirus and it picks everything up. It would do just as much as norton and possibly more and best of all its free

If you do not have sufficient anti virus / spyware software then you most likely have a virus.
Clarify with what antivirus you have installed if any...
If you don't have any then I would suggest buying one of the following

Once installed make sure to update the software and run a full scan If you are unable to update the software Reboot the computer and press F8 until you get a menu Select "Safemode with networking" You should now be able to update the software and run a full scan

try installing webroot on his computer and run the scan, See if works.
