How to delete recent recipients?

Go to send a message, options, add recipients, recent recipients, click on the names you want or all, then press options, then down to Delete, then press select, then press Yes, then the ones you did not want will be gone. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

That problem is actually a feature of the device. In order to help you send messages to people you text more often, they actually put those names in a recent recipients list. It cannot be deleted.

you cant they stay there. doesnt do any harm. the only way to get them off is to keep texting people so it goes to the bottom of the list and stays there.

you can't delete them if you text enough people they will go to the bottom of the list and be gone. its the way with most phones now days.

To erase the recent recipients list, you must do a master reset of the phone. This will erase all texts, alarms, and any other personal settings you set on the phone, but it will erase your recent recipients. This is the ONLY reliable method I found

go to write a message , leave it blank and then press send, that brings up all recent recipients and then you should be able to delete them with the C button

Only way I found to delete the recent recipients of texts was to do a full reset using this code *2767*3855# before doing it back up everything you want to keep onto your memeory card and save all your contacts onto your simcard then remove the simcard and memory card. Restart the phone and type in the code *2767*3855# and the phone will restart and recent recipient will be gone.

is this the txt message recipients? if so, just scroll to the recipient, highlight it and select options and erase.

if it is calls, then just highlight it and click options erase.
