Hi Jason,
This message usually indicates that the boot sector is damaged or missing. The boot sector is a region of your hard disk that contains information that is used to load your operating system. If a boot failure is detected when your PC is starting, you may receive this error message.

Instead of reading everything from the link to Microsoft above, you could try this:
You'll need to repair or copy the bootmgr file.
Do the following steps:

1. Put the Windows installation disc in the disc drive, and start the computer (In the BIOS settings, make CD/DVD as first bootable device)

• Press a key when the message indicating 'Press any key to boot from CD or DVD' appears.
• 
  
• Select a language, a time, a currency and a keyboard or another input method and then click next.
• 
  
• Click Repair your computer.
• 
  
• Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click next.
• 
  
• In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.
• 
  
• Type Bootrec /RebuildBcd and then press ENTER.
