forget about the display read the manual and find out how many volts are needed to charge the battery....then
get a voltometer and disconnect the terminals from the battery and connect them to the voltometer while the generator is running...
find out what the reading is...if the reading is zero (0)...then post a problem on (no out put)...
if not.....then there has to be a mistake...
if it reads a voltage thats too low..then you AVR card is burnt out (AVR card is located in the other end of the generator (beyond the stator-side cover)...
Have you change the battery? Note: Matrix UPS need to be calibrate after changing batteries or reset the Smartcell communication board. to make sure that the UPS would detect that you already replace it with the new battery
