Well it only shows that there are system incompatibility against your USB drive. What I can suggest is for you try to re-install the driver. Check for System upgrade maybe because the driver was not updated. You can use the PS ports instead.

try to change the mouse or keyboard from serial connection to usb, or likewise, might be both of them are conflicting..if both are usb...also update the drivers, try it.,,

during most of the hardware failers it show "this device is working properly" but it has problems some where so try changing the drive.

Have the battery tested with and without a load. The alternator can be checked at this time as well.

Ignition system. For failures that cut out like this is a common sign of a ignition system failure

If it says its got a HD failure, I would believe it. Since the OS loads from the Hard Drive, it is designed to shut itself down when drive faults are detected. I would suggest contacting DirecTV to discuss getting it replaced.

Try to reinstall the windows but most likly the hard drive died. You can download, free Hard driver diagnostic software to confirm the hard driver failer. Example link below from Seagate:
