I have a small unit, which when it was new there was often water (like defrost) leaking inside the fridge only and spilling out the bottom of the fridge. Now that has stopped happening but the fridge won't get cool. The freezer part became extra cold. The sears person said that something had frozen between the freezer and the fridge' unplug it for a while and let it thaw out, then plug it in again. I did that twice. The first time there it made no difference. The second time water went everywhere (I figure defrost). WHen I plugged in again, it ran continuously for nearly 12 hours. When I checked it this time the light in the fridge was off and it was only a little cool, and the freezer was less cool, too. Its unplugged again waiting to figure out what to do next. Do you have any ideas? It is barely a year old. Thanks Carla
It should be under warranty, retry he is probably right, run for 24hrs and it should work ok, if you ever defrost you should turn off for 24hrs and leave the door open. Regards Advisor
