Hi
I would say that you don't have enough coffee grounds going into the brew unit. There should be an adjustment in your bean hopper or infront of your brew unit that has a + or - mark. That needs to be truned towards the + side but not all the way. Bring it back 1 mark and try that. Also what is the big knob in the bean hopper set on? It should be in the middle #'s, not towards the large #"s.
First one is that you didn't use distilled watter (you could use regular) by doing so a small coat of watter stone is covering all internal parts Mix some vinegar with watter (ration 5 watter 1 vineger) and putt it in iron and than it will start breaking watter stone, you should use some cloaf that u don't need to wipe off exces watter stone, don't get burned! DO NOT IRON WHILE DONG THIS
Second one is that there is a cable problem, but this is a big problem...
Yes you can still use the dishwasher. The top propeller just gets watter to the top area. It will still work but the top area will not get that clean. I recommend repairing it ASAP so you get the best washing from the machine.
