I am getting a strong odor when I run may GE gas dryer ever since we had our wood floors (one floor above) refinished. Two different repair companies told me it is from the stain fumes and we just have to wait it out. It has been 10 days since the floors were finished. We have been blowing fans, keeping windows open and are still getting the odor when the dryer runs. Help!!!
If the oder is in the air through out the hose the dryer uses the same air to heat up to dry the laundry. so if you still smell it al around your house you will smell it from the dryer because its the same air.
Is it possible that some finishing paint or what not have leaked onto the venting? And every time your dryer is turned on the venting heats up and evaporates the finishing stuff? If it is a considerable amount then it may take a while to completely eliminate the odour.
First, you can get the exact visual design that you wanted
and it will cost you considerably less. Second, laminate flooring can be
installed above and below the grade unlike hardwood flooring. Moreover, the
laminate flooring is installed without using any nails or glue which make it
much easier to it yourself. Furthermore, laminate flooring is extremely
durable, easy to maintain and can be replaced easily.
