remove the top of the fridge by removing the two screws on the back of the top and sliding the top to the back. that gives you access to the doorhinges. remove the three screews of the lower hinge, which allows you to remove the door from the upper hinge too. (sorry, non native speaker)
I have a need trick to solve this problem you door wont close all the way probably because to inner side of the door (the hinge side) the gasket is touching the fridge frame and been bend back . or the top or bottom is miss align the solution is simple
loose up the bolts than hold the hinges and use coins as shims "yes" "coins" nickles pennies or quarters slide then in between the hinge and to bridge body and will give the gasket he necessarily space to close properly, may take several times on till you get the right combination and make sure is no gap left after that It has work for me lots of times.

The top hinge of my Neff integrated fridge freezer has broken so the door won't open and shut properly. As a temporary repair I intend to swop the hinges around -replacing the top hinge with the middle one but can't see how to remove the hinges. Can anyone help?
Yes, there is supposed to be a plastic bushing/washer under there. Usually 1/8 inch thick. If a dealer is not handy you may cut some out of plastic to put there. Then undo the top hinge, and carefully lift the door off (you might want to empty the shelfs). Put your spacer on the hinge pin, and replace the door and the top hinge.
Remove the lower hinge on the fridge door and pack out using a piece of cardboard resrcew the hinge onto the door, this will resolve the problem
