I WOULD LIKE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, BECAUSE MY PHONE WAS STOLEN. NEED A REPLACEMENT ONE

Both your questions relate to your service provider.
Contact them and tell them your phone was stolen and your account needs to be closed.
Your boyfriend needs to contact his service provider and get his puk number so he can unlock his simcard. That is what I do when my simcard locks.

Lg gw300 is on puk lock need help

When you enter the wrong pin number three times the phone asks you for a PUK number. The PUK code is generally eight digit number. This PUK number is an unlocking code which helps you to unlock the phone and use it. If you enter a wrong PUK number 10 times than you simcard gets rejected. Then you will have to buy a new simcard. It might happen that your phone might ask you for PUK2 after you enter your PUK number. You can find the PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then contact your phone service provider. Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once they have confirmed your identity to prevent any stolen SIM access.

Nesecito desbloquear mi samsung a197 me pide codigo desbloqueo

http://www.foneszone.co.uk/unlock/how_to/Samsung/A197.php
Understand the meaning of unlocking a mobile If you put another simcard into your Samsung A197 phone and it does not allow you make calls with it, then your Samsung A197 is simlocked. If your A197 phone is "simlocked" when you put an alternative network simcard in your phone it could show "enter correct sim", "enter subsidy password", "wrong sim", "incorrect sim" or similar. If you want to use your A197 phone with another simcard then you will need to unlock your phone. There are some small considerations you need to make sure before you start such as simcard compatibility and making sure that your phone is definately "locked" not "blocked" there is a distinct difference! Is your Samsung A197 Locked or Blocked? A locked Samsung A197 means that your Samsung A197 phone ONLY accepts simcard from the network it was purchased with. This is easy to solve, we can supply codes that can fully "unlock" your Samsung A197 phone to all networks. This means that your Samsung A197 phone can then be used on ANY chosen network in any compatible country, WORLDWIDE. Alternatively a Blocked phone is a phone that has been reported lost or stolen, and has been blocked by the network for use. These phones are unusable and there is no way around this. Unblocking a phone is ILLEGAL and we offer no service for this.

How i lock my stolen mobile N70

LOCK ? ? ? ?

Someone stole your Phone I take it -

1.if you dont have the phone with you than you CAN NOT lock it - SOL

2. if you dont want people to use your phone - - call your service provider and tell them that your phone was stolen - they will stop it from working ( in other words the thief can not use your MIN).

3. if you did once set up a lock code for it - then if the Person who stole it from you get locked out after a timed period or if They turn the phone OFF and turned it back on the lock code will keep them out.

Need puk code for nokia n82

the puk code is required when the pin code is written wrong 3 times, to get the puk call your phone service provider the puk is not related to the phone so if you put in another sim card it will work, or if you put the locked sim card to another phone then the other phone will ask for puk.

its simcard protection incase its stolen, 3 times wrong and its locked, eventually if you enter the puk code wrong too many times it should make the sim card useless so call your phone service provider its your only option.

I brought my samsung pixon a few days ago, and I can only make emergency calls off it. Can you please help me?

Your phone may be on lock mode wich only allows you to make emergency calls, You may need to unlock it if you know the lock code. Some phones may use the last four digits of your phone number for the default lock code.

N70

I need the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. Type this code in your phone to get it: *#06# you can also find it beneath the battery.
I also need to know the make and model of phone, the network that the phone is locked on, and the country the network is from. Then I will give you the codes. If your phone is on the Blacklist (see below) it will have to be unlocked by a repair shop.

SIM pin code:
This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even
if your sim is put into another handset. To reset it, you need the PUK code:
Pin Unlock Code (PUK)
If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled.
Phone Security Code:
This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code:
Master Reset Code
Sometimes known as the Master Code, this allows you to unlock a handset if you have entered the Security Code wrongly too many times.
Which is the one that you want?
Special Code/Service Provider Lock Code:
This code is required to allow a phone locked to a particular network's SIM cards to be used with a SIM card from another network. Orange and T-mobile lock handsets in this way, though O2 and Vodafone are beginning to lock PAYG and WAP handsets. The unlock code varies from individual handset to handset.
Blacklisting:
This is not a security code, but it works like one! To help combat mobile phone thefts, the networks share a database of the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of mobile phones that have been reported stolen. Once a phone is on this list, it will not be allowed to use any of the networks.
This can be a risk if you buy a second-hand phone, because if it has been stolen, or if an unscrupulous seller makes an insurance claim after selling, the phone you bought in good faith may be permanently disabled.
Be very careful to check the source of a second-hand phone!
