F480 does not support all formats of games/applications. I know it supports J2ME/JME applications along with samsung native code.
You must be trying to install something built using C++ etc which are meant for other phones.
Before installing anything check for compatibility with the producer of that application/game for this F480 phone.
Tocco accepts only java programs and games but sometimes not all java games are supported.Usually games or programs are having the file type .jar.Try something else
