Can't set the phone to English as is all chinese
Swipe down the notification menu, click on the gear. Scroll down to the symbol that is a grey box with the letter A in it. Click on the top option that should be language.

Go to control panal ( you have to use your memory because you cant understand the language ) then click on 地方和语言选择
it will open a new window . Then in the tab look for 格式 then select english or 英语 in 当前格式 option .
If you r having problem to find the program simply open control panal and search for 语言. it will serach the program for you then open it and follow the steps .

Windows 7 languages packs are available only on computers running under Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise . You'll need to install a new version of Windows on your laptop .
